Khelsilem founded the company as a vehicle for hosting and producing the various events they’ve been a part of organizing in the past. Khelsilem’s vision is to support initiatives that create opportunities for queer & Indigenous Peoples.

The owner and founder of Salish Functions is local Vancouver event producer and community leader Khelsilem from the Squamish Nation. With over 4 years of experience in producing and creating events, Khelsilem launched Salish Functions as a tool for bringing people together.
